Terrain

The land is gently sloping from approximately 440+/- feet of elevation down to 530+/- feet.  That equates to about a 90+/- foot elevation.  Most of the elevation change occurs when the uplands slope into Bois d'Arc Creek.

 

Whakana very fine sandy loam with 5 to 12 percent slopes is the dominant soil type on the uplands.  While sedimentary clays are prominent in the creek bottoms.
